Celebrate The Small Things: 6 June

  • f5f01-vik-smallthings2I just spent the last week on holiday in Conwy, Wales. I’m kind of sad that it’s over but I had a great time.

  • The weather was pretty bad before the holiday and yet suddenly picked up as soon as we left; we always seem to be jammy with the weather when we go away. I love being able to take casual walks without having to wear a coat.

  • My partner and I have now been engaged for one year and we went to the place where he proposed to celebrate (on top of the castle.) I feel so lucky to have found somebody that I can connect with so well and is willing to accept my weirdness 😛 – these things should never be taken for granted.

I have a strong passion for computing. In particular programming for which I am able to use a variety of languages including C++, Visual C#, Blitz Basic, Actionscript 2.0, Python and Lua. I also enjoy web-design and have some knowledge of HTML/CSS, PHP/SQL and Javascript. As well as programming I have a strong background in art and enjoy drawing in my spare time. When I’m not sat at my computer I like to keep fit by going to the gym or using my exercise ball.

Very good things to celebrate. Congrats on your engagement 🙂 It’s a magical thing when we find someone to share our lives with.

Thank you. It took me a while and some failures along the way, but it’s worth the wait when you finally do manage to find the right person to share your life with. 🙂
